Corporate Delivery Charge Policy



Sally Ann Catering’s goal is to ensure high quality catering delivered on time and with the least disruption to your business day. Additional wait staff may be needed in some circumstances to achieve this goal. If this is your first delivery with SAC or you have special needs please feel free to call and talk to a representative to ensure we have the delivery information necessary for your order.

A minimum delivery charge of $35.00 will be added to all deliveries

Additional Charges may apply based on location, additional setup supplies or wait staff needed for delivery. (I.e. time needed to access delivery location, service elevators not available, etc.)

All orders are delivered within a 30 minute delivery window.

Example: Orders scheduled for 12:00 pm will be delivered in the window of 11:45 am to 12:15 pm. If you have certain circumstances that this window of delivery time is not appropriate, please call a SAC representative to arrange for special arrangements.
