Service and Rentals:
Lunch and dinner has a 50 guest minimum, and hors d’ oeuvres buffet has a 40 guest minimum. Lowered numbers of guests will increase prices slightly. Luncheon and dinner buffets come with disposable plates, heavy-duty white forks and knives, white luncheon napkins, service ware, and serving utensils at no extra charge.
China Upgrades: For basic buffet needs starting at $5.00 per person, includes china dinner plate and stainless steel fork and knife wrapped in a linen napkin.
Staffing Delivery: Set-up and pick-up are charged accordingly per order. Any additional personnel requests are quoted separately per event. Events requiring personnel are subject to a 15% service charge. We offer a wide variety of rentals that are available and quoted separately.
Terms
Reservation Fee: The Reservation Fee is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 to hold the date of your event on our calendar and will be credited to the final balance due for your event.
Confirmation Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total balance is required for all events due two months prior to the event.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be received seven days prior to the event with a guaranteed number of guests. Prices do not include California sales tax and gratuity.
Loss and Damage: If you do not hire Sally Ann Catering uniformed servers, responsibility for rented equipment remains with the renters from time of delivery to the time of pick-up. Please be sure equipment is secured and protected from the elements when not in use. Charges apply to missing, broken, and rain damaged items.
Health Standards: The Health Department requires Sally Ann Catering to discard all unconsumed food. The Host or organization scheduling an event agrees to assume full responsibility for the conduct of its guests. Sally Ann Catering will not be held responsible for merchandise or articles left on or the premises of any event at any time.
